Chocolate fondant

Ingredients for 4 people (Thermomix TM5)
- 100 gr of dark chocolate 70% of cocoa - 70 gr of butter - 3 eggs - 50 gr of caster sugar

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °. Butter the ramekins with 20 gr of butter and set aside
- Put 100 gr of chocolate in the bowl and grate 8 sec / speed 9. Scrape the sides of the bowl using the spatula.
- Add the remaining 50 g of butter and melt for 3 min / 50 ° C / speed 2
- Add the eggs, the sugar and the flour, then mix 15 sec / speed 3. Spread 1/3 of the dough in the prepared ramekins, place 2 squares of chocolate in the center of each ramekin, then cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake and cook for 8-10 minutes at 200 ° C. Enjoy warm, plain, or with custard, a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a fruit coulis.
