Fried shrimps crusted with grated coconut
Ingredients
- 35 shrimps
- 75 gr wheat
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 100 gr grated coconut
- zest of one lemon
Preparation
- Place three bowls side by side on the work surface.
- Put in the first wheat, in the second the beaten eggs and in the third the mix at the grated coconut, lemon zest and crushed garlic.
- "Dive" the shrimps one by one in the plates to coat them first with wheat, tlnen with beaten egg and finally roll them through the coconut mixture.
- Put them on another plate until all shrimp are well coated.
- Heat in a saucepan enough sunflower oil so that the shrimps can easily be fried in it. They are ready in 2-3 minutes.
For the sauce
- 20 cl cream
- 1 small chili pepper
- 2 roasted (red) peppers (easy: ready in pot)
Preparation
- Beat cream (but not too close).
- With a blender chop the peppers and chili very fine and mix with the cream.
- Give with the fried shrimp.
