Fresh soup in verrine : Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 teans of lentil (env. 250 g)
  • 1 box of  coco milk
  • 1 box of ” coulis de tomate”
  • coriander
  • mint
  • grated ginger
  • 4 pinch of curry
  • Salt, pepper 5 baies

Preparation 15 mn

  • Drain the lentil and place in a blinder.
  • Add coco, ginger, spices, and half of the herbs
  • Add salt and pepper and blind until smoothy
  • Pour in verrines add herbs and place to cool before serving.
