6 egg yolks
1 vanilla bean
300gr of sugar
50 gr flour
1/2 litter of milk
Puff pastry

Boil the milk in a saucepan with the split vanilla pod and a cinnamon stick.
Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl;
When the milk comes to a boil, remove from the heat, remove the vanilla, scrape it to collect the grains, remove the cinnamon.
Add to the bowl, mix well. Add the egg yolks and mix.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into small circles to coat the small moulds. Pour the preparation into the moulds and bake in the oven at 200° for 10 minutes
