Coconut and banana Rocher

Ingredients for 15 rochers (Thermomix TM5)
– 100 gr of caster sugar – 1 egg – 100 gr of grated coconut – 100 gr of banana

Preparation
– Preheat the oven to 130 °. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside
– Insert the whip. Put the sugar and the egg in the bowl, then whisk 3 sec / speed4. Remove the whip.
– Add the coconut and banana then mix 10 sec / speed 5.
– Using a spoon, form balls with the dough the size of a large walnut and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, taking care to space them about 5 cm apart.
– Bake and cook for 30 minutes at 130 ° C. When you take them out of the oven, let them cool down. Taste warm or cold.
