Gâteau Anna

Ingredients :

• 3 eggs
• Sugar
• Butter
• Flour
• 1/2 packet of backing flour
• 1 tablespoon of Kirsch
• 3 or 4 apples
• 1 or 2 bananas
• vanilla sugar (optional)

Preparation method :

1. Weight the 3 eggs and same weight for the sugar, butter lightly melted and the flour.
2. Mix all these ingredients
3. Add the baking powder
4. Add the Kirsch
5. Peal the apples and slice them very thin and add them in the mixture.
6. You cut in slices 1 or 2 ripe bananas and put in the mixture.
7. Grease a mould and pour in the mixture.
8. Cover with thin slices of apples.
9. Put in the preheated oven 7 (210°) during 25 minutes.
10. Once the cake cooked you can cover it with some vanilla sugar.
